Below are some of the services we may suggest as part of your individualized treatment plan.

MANUAL THERAPY

Manual Therapy may include spine or extremity manipulation/adjustments or mobilizations). This is a highly skilled procedure in which a precise force is applied to a joint in your body. The goal is to improve joint mobility and help to reduce symptoms.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture aims to reduce pain and restore function to muscles, joints and nerves in the body by stimulating a variety of effects in the central nervous system.  Acupuncture helps to release endorphins (the natural pain killers in the body) and reduces muscle tightness due to an immediate increase in blood flow to the local area.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

Soft Tissue Therapy, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, cross friction massage or more, can be used with other treatment options or as a stand alone service depending on the condition and patient preference. This may help to reduce pain, decrease muscle tension, and improve range of motion.

EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

Exercise Prescription is part of every treatment plan, which may include stretching for tight muscles, mobility drills and / or strengthening exercises. Every treatment plan requires a combined effort between in office appointments and exercises at home. Additionally, exercise has a multitude of short and long-term positive effects on overall health.

CUSTOM ORTHOTICS

Custom orthotics may be beneficial to restore proper biomechanics of the foot and ankle complex. Improper biomechanics of the foot can cause instances of knee pain, hip pain, and even lower back pain. Examples of conditions helped by orthotics include: over pronation/supination, pes planus (flat feet), ITB Syndrome and much more.

TPI CERTIFIED

Certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), our chiropractors are able to screen and help you find any movement deficiencies or limitations that may be effecting your golf swing. We aim to improve your ability to move, without giving you direct swing changes.
